Baffrin co-leads Bloodtasty as Managing Director, bridging creativity and operations. She previously contributed to the dialogue department for Edhiriyin Nanban (2021) and worked as writer and producer of Fox to Axe (2025).

Alongside filmmaking, she is the founder of Punchy Baff, a handmade crafts venture.
